Image-Line has been busy updating their digital audio workstation FL Studio. Version 9.5 is now in beta state, and me amongst other FL Studio users have had an opportunity to test it. I must say it has a bunch of cool improvements. For me, the piano roll transport control was the one I’ve been waiting for a long time. Now it’s here and it definetely ease my music production process. But there are tons of other improvements as well such as 64 bit plugin support, improved audio options and lot more. Ok, done quite a lot testing with FLS 9.5 (normal environement, making songs as usual using these VSTi’s: NI Massive, Reaktor, Absynth 5, FM8, IK Multimedia Miroslav Philharmonik, Sampletank XL 2.5) and so far its looking very good! It’s running stable and thanks to improved audio settings I get zero underruns no matter how complex projects I do and the piano roll transport control has been a really big help! Petri Suhonen(Quote)
